Notes

Perceived effort 70%. Started @ Meghan's house and looped the Lake (included the hilly loop trail) Heart rate stayed in check, only spiked to 159 on the hills but came back down pretty quickly. Only drank water during run (at the fountains) but did take 2 salt tabs at beginning of run. Following run, walked another mile and a half to stretch out legs.
