I'm pretty sure my first 200 was my fastest to date (that's what happens when Aus and I are doing a workout together - blood bath ;))

Legs were still a little fatigued from Sunday's run, and I've noticed "explosive" speed over short distances isn't my strong point - Aus was kicking my butt this morning.
