White Church Loop - experience this time was much better than last time (what a difference breakfast makes)
Overall I felt like I maintained a consistent effort of 80% for the ride. I kept my cadence between 84-90 and worked on shifting. My legs felt good and I felt like I could've ridden longer but I don"t think I could've kept up with the group speedwise.
I do need to get over my fear of downhills, I still feel compelled to ride my brakes. My crash in October occurred when I hit a pothole coming out of a downhill and I was riding in the pack so I couldn't avoid it. The only tme I dropped today was in the 2 big back to back downhills
