40 minutes of tempo with wu and cd to reach 8 miles total
Breaking it down, it appears I went about 8:20 /mi pace for wu and cd and 7:20/mi pace for tempo. Will need to check with Dale to see if that's the speed I'm supposed to be going for tempo.
