I started thinking I was going to skip what Dale had on the agenda for me today (6 mi, 2 mi WU, 3 mi Threshold, 1 mi CD), and just go 4 miles.
Happy I stuck with the mileage and, although not doing all 3 mi of the threshold, pushed it a bit for 2 mi or so.
2 mi WU, 2 mi threshold, 2 mi CD.
Trying to focus on taking my runs, wu, and cd real easy. I think in the past I've went too hard on very basic, easy runs.
