Didn't go as well as I hoped, but Im getting better at making my first set faster. I had been going slower on that one and I am trying to force myself to not ease into the sets but start right away.
Workout was supposed to be wu, 4x2mi @ 14:00, cd
Splits for 4x2mi:
7:09 / 6:53 = 14:02
6:53 / 6:56 = 13:49
6:56 / 7:02 = 13:58
7:10 / 7:14 = 14:24
Kind of crashed and burned on the last one. Just didnt feel like I had any juice left.
