Notes
This was a mess. Whenever I have plans right after my long run, or something to get done that day, I become a mental mess on the run. I knew that once the run was over, Id have to pack, shower and get ready to head to the airport for my flight to Vegas. I stepped outside and it was so humid. I tried to convince myself to just get it done but about 5 miles in I decided I'd do the outside/treadmill split thing again. THen, I started thinking, 20 miles before I head to crew Badwater? Is that a stupid idea? Am I going to be to tired to even run in heat after a 20 miler? So, I cut it to 15. 10 out, 5 in.
