Felt good this morning. Workout was 12 miles, with 8x1 mile at 6:45-7min pace with 1 minute jog in between each mile. I hit the goal time, or slightly under, each time except for the first mile. (splits: 7:07, 6:42, 6:44, 6:47, 6:48, 6:48, 6:42, 6:43). Always takes me a little longer than I would like for the body to feel warmed up.
The weather was finally not humid and hot at 6am. I stepped outside and it was almost chilly feeling wiht lower humidity and only mid 60s.
