Great workout. I warmed-up nice and easy to get the muscles and blood flowing. Took some rest then did 5 miles @ LT. I did the same workout 2 weeks ago, but with 4 miles @ LT and averaged 6:17 per so I had a drop of 4 sec per while doing an extra mile.. I was much happier with this run in terms of being a bit quicker and keeping my pace closer together. This was my first workout in my new Brooks Axiom 3 shoes. I like them. They are nice and light with plenty of cushion. I think these are going to work out well.
