Notes
This started off pretty crappy. My legs were not feeling good at all. Strange because during both runs yesterday I felt surprisingly good. So I started off holding around 8:20 pace the first 5 miles. After feeling like scheisse I decided to step it up a bit the next 5 miles and got a bit quicker during the 2nd half of the track run. Then I made my way over to the tmill for 4 miles of "hills." I gradually increased the incline from 2% to 3% to 4% for the first 3 miles then 5%, 5.5%, and 6% for mile 4. Not bad there. Although with the tmill you kinda have to keep up with the pace. :)
