First day of Boston 2006 Training. 8 miles with 10 x 100 m strides. I did a 3 mile "warm-up" and then did a stride every half-mile for the last 5. Splits: 7:09, 7:11, 7:14, 7:15, 7:12, 7:15, 7:10, 7:13....I like those splits!
