Notes
Horrible long run. I had to run by myself because we were at a wedding earlier today. Ran the whole length of the river. Started feeling tired around mile 13-14, and by 16-17 was exhausted. Last 3-4 miles were a death march, but I got it done.
Did a number of things wrong:
1) ate two hot dogs for lunch
2) only brought water to drink when I'm used to Gatorade
3) only took one Gu
I think I had low blood sugar by the end, and that's what caused it to be so painful. Live and learn.
