Hood To Coast leg 30. Legs were feeling pretty good, so I planned to run hard and see how long I could hang on. The downhill started at mile 2.5, and I planned to run hard down the hill. It was raining pretty hard and was quite windy for this leg, but I felt great and crushed it. 7:33 pace on my last leg!
