Nice day for a track workout. Goal was 5x800m in 3:20 w/ 400m jogging recoveries. Did these with Susan. Felt pretty good, relatively easy for a track workout.
Warmup: 2.98 mi in 25:29
800m intervals: 3:20.9, 3:18.41, 3:17.65, 3:16.62, 3:16.45
400m recoveries: 2:40, 2:39, 2:40, 2:45
Cooldown: 1.49 mi in 13:17
