COMMENTS: First run back after taking nearly a week off for my Achilles. Tough run. I don?t know if it was lack of sleep or too soon after eating or what, but I was pretty winded the whole way. Plus, at mile 2.8, my Achilles started hurting again. Had a sharp pain around 3.25 miles, but not as bad as last Saturday. It is a bit tender if I press on it directly from the back. This time I even did a full stretch before my run. What is going on?
