My first leg for Hood To Coast (leg 6). I'm not in great shape, so my plan was to go out easy and pick it up on the downhill starting at mile 4. Instead I felt good and went out around 7:45/mi, but by the time I got to mile 4 I didn't have enough left to speed up. Ran a good pace anyway.
