COMMENTS: Good long run around Spot Pond. I like this loop for a long run. There is a lot of asphalt to run on, and even some areas with grass. You don't have to fight cars most of the way, either.
I felt great today. Kept my pace around 9:45 for the first half and sped up a bit for the second half. My legs felt a little tired, but overall I felt really good. 8 miles is getting to be an easy run for me. :)
