Notes
An eventful long run. Ran with Blaine, Neil, Neil's girlfriend. a Friedman student named Nicole, and another girl whose name I didn't catch. It was a bit icy outside, and the hill was actually closed with cops preventing us from going up. So we went around the lakes. At one point Nicole stepped into a metal hoop that was lying on the road, got her legs tangled, and fell. She was unable to run back, but by chance Todd and Elena happened to be driving by, stopped, and gave her a ride. Then when we got back we found out Laura had twisted her ankle stepping on a rock and also had to get a ride home. Not a good day for the PMC.
On the plus side, I felt OK at this pace even though I ran pretty hard yesterday.
