I ran a 73-second quarter today! Went for the PMC interval workout. We did 3 sets of 3x400, with the first 400 easy, the second at 75%, and the last one hard. 1-2 minutes rest in between each 400, and 3-4 minutes between sets. Juli was there also, which gave me someone to chase.
I ran the middle 400s in 1:30-1:40. The hard 400s I ran in 1:21, 1:21, and 1:13. I wanted to see what I could do on that last repeat. I couldn't catch Juli, but I also didn't know I could run a 400 that fast. Lots of fun to run fast!
