Interval workout, 4x800. Goal was 3:20-3:30 since I wasn't sure how I would feel. Ran all of them right around 3:20. Felt OK, kinda tough but not bad for intervals.

400m recoveries: 2:33, 2:46, 2:50
Cooldown: 2.31 mi in 20:46
