I am a bit dubious about the time for this workout, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

Another PMC interval workout. Today's was 16x200 in sets of 4x200. 1st 200 warmup, 2nd faster, 3rd faster, 4th all out. Short walking recoveries between each and a longer recovery between sets.

Lots of people there today, so lots of fast people to chase. I ran the hard 200s in 35, 34, 32, and 32. Very pleased with the results.
