Notes
Decided to try a different workout today since I'm not training for anything in particular. Want to try miler training, so I decided to do 400m repeats at mile pace. Goal was 8x400 at 6:00/mi, with ~3 minutes walking recovery. Did this workout with Susan.
Repeats felt very difficult, and running at this pace felt awkward. Legs felt dead toward the end. But it was a good workout. Will probably do something similar again next week.
Warmup: 1.12 mi in 9:47 (8:44/mi)
400m intervals: 1:27.6, 1:25.9, 1:27.22, 1:27.6, 1:29.62, 1:28.62, 1:27.95, 1:26.2
Cooldown: 0.8 mi in 6:54 (8:38/mi)
