To Penrose ~45 minutes, return leg ~ 44 minute, in between 4 laps 23, 23, 22:20,22:20 minutes. Both happy and disappointed with this. Consistently paced with mild increase in second half, and very fast last half mile. Felt good, doable, strong. This makes sense given how fresh my legs were. Great confidence builder for endurance, but disappointed pace was so slow and still feeling a backlog of fatigue. MTSS greatly improved, because I haven't been running much. :) Started out rainy, sunny and windy by the end, lots of people and dogs at the park.

Didn't think I'd make it back in 'sub-3', but kicked the last bit to make it happen! Fun!
