Penrose, 3 laps. Too bad they shut off the drinking water, but good thing it was raining and hydration wasn't too much of a concern. It wasn't speedy, but I was pleased I was able to run this distance without much trouble/pain after such a long hiatus of long runs. The rain was welcome; I was well showered by the time I got back.
