Notes
Got an early start and hiked the hill out of Touttle River in the wonderful shade. Got baked in the treeless blast zone, but saw the usual herds of elk and some streams, and didn't lose the trail like on the run last year. A gentle breeze helped alleviate the heat later in the hike, but by the end we were very happy to be done.
