It has been quite awhile since I've attempted a 'long' run...
Fun penrose park run, with crazy whitecaps and blasting wind and cold temps. Views included ice covered horse fields and quaint xmas decorations. Running regularly in longbranch would definitely give me lung cancer, but in my endorphin dominated state the smoke smelled nice and homey.
