Nice run! Surprised the heat and fatigue from yesterday didn't bother me much, just happy to be outside in the vit D, not trapped with my laptop/paper. Right calf still troublesome, but stable. Should probably remap this course, not entirely sure I was *this* quick, was on a recovery run and not pushing.
