Wow group 3A times have gotten challenging! I should have done group 4. 3A was only Zosia and I. My legs were sore from Monday, but also my aerobic capacity was not enough. Supposed to speed up every 2; 4:22-24,4:20-21, 4:18-19. I was able to do half the workout until the downward spiral. Zosia held onto it though, she's awesome!
