Track workout again. Once again, ankle was screaming until I hit the soft track, then I was pain-free lightening! Graduated to the '5' group this week. It wasn't too hard until the last interval when my group turned psycho-- I tried to hang on, but lagged a bit behind. Lesson: drank too much water in rest before this last interval-- didn't make for a happy belly when trying to push!
