This was a tough run. The first hour was at 1% incline and was not too difficult, but at the end of it I was trying to think of ways to reduce the second leg. Stretched for a bit, grabbed a coffee and got back on intending to do 7.2 pace, but had to reduce the incline to 0% to maintain. When I realized that 7.3 mph pace would put me at 35 miles for the week I picked it up a bit and held on till it was over.
