Notes
Was running a bit late to Twin Brooks so I met the guys a little ways into the run. I felt pretty good; didn't notice any problems from Sunday's marathon. I kept to the back and ran with Julia early in the run and with Erik and Django for most of the run. I took off quickly afterwards though because the mosquitos started to eat me alive and I've already dealt with that enough while I was in Virginia, heheh.
