Notes
Got out of work late and meant to just go for an easy 3 miles or so when I got home. As soon as I started running my outlook on my day started to improve and I felt good so figured I was good for at least a few more miles than that. Then I hit the back neighborhoods near my house and the crowds of kids trick or treating. In the second neighborhood I was sprinting and dodging and weaving and putting my headlamp on flash mode just to give the kids something to gasp at. And, you know, 'cuz that's fun. Only had 2 kids yell "Run Forrest Run" at me...it was nice to have more of the yelled comments be something else for a change. (Anything else.)
