I meant to do 800m repeats on the track, but there was a girl's soccer game. I kept going until I got to the power lines next to Paul's house where I ran repeats. My first trip down to the bottom, though, I twisted my ankle pretty bad and fell. I got up and did the workout anyway, though. At the end, I told myself to keep running negative splits or I would do another one, and if I didn't run a negative one there I'd do one more. Then I'd be done either way. I ran my negative split so I awarded myself by going home. This was good as it was dark when I got home.
