A Beautiful Day for 1 More Mile Day #13! Was a bit late getting out the door (I guess that's what happens when you start a new job...you actually have to work now and then!) but headed over to Little Sebago in Windham and ran on the roads and trails off the shore there. I didn't venture onto the ice - since hte middle of the lake was open water I figured that the ice near the shores probably wasn't going to be very thick, heheh. This is also the third day that I've gone faster for my overall time despite running a mile further than the day before.
