Pretty light workout but got some good turnover in. One of these weeks I really need to try to break 60 seconds for a quarter - I know I'm capable of it. I went out in 30 seconds for my first 400, slowed down 'cuz I didn't want to be running that fast, then thought hey maybe I can set a PR. Didn't, obviously; slowing down for 20 meters killed the momentum, but I was still going strong at 200 so I might have been able to.
