run shortly after 8am with pat and chris (and pvt. brian). 411, 911, vietnam, prairie area, then an out and back along modaff. pickup the last 15 minutes. we kept the pace fairly easy through most of the time in KK, but then went a bit faster on the out and back. the pickup was smooth but still strong. i could feel a bit of tiredness in my legs the last mile, but it wasn't bad. after the run i could feel my shins just a little bit. brian scared the hell out of us when we met him in the woods.
we stopped for water before the out and back, but it wasn't too terribly hot out at this point in the day. a very good run overall. i leave for london in a few hours... looking forward to running in europe. i could be traveling up to a marathon a day by foot.
