COMMENTS: long run. ran with bones, sunny, pat and chris. half out in neighborhoods, half in KK woods. felt tired towards the end, but made the pickup very fast... 6:07 pace for 2.1 miles! Measured out our pickup on gmap-pedometer. Bones and I stuck together through the whole pickup, with sunny falling off and chris not far behind. pat had a problem and had to slow down. for first 10.5 miles of run, went average 7:45 pace, then pickup. a good run, but i'm very tired.
