COMMENTS: 1200's! I felt incredible. Busted out the short shorts. First couple I ran towards the back of the group, just watching my pace. Moved up to the front of the group and kept pace for everyone, and we worked well together. Last one, just flew, but kept an even pace. Times: (4) :36, :40, :41, :37, :41, :41, :20. Surprised myself in being able to do this. Average was 4:36.5. (6:08 pace)
