COMMENTS: wore old shoes because my current pair is at school. did first half of run at 730 pace, then dropped pace for second half. no kick at the end, just cruised in. on the faster half of the run i practiced finding my aerobic threshold. felt fairly good, but a lot of cramping because i ate right before i ran. nowadays, i can just run thru a cramp, as long as i don't try to go much faster than this.
