COMMENTS: Slightly cool, cloudy. Nice weather for running. Brian came to house at 9 and from there we woke up Pat and got him to come too. Ran around in KK for a bit over 3 miles then ran back. Kicked from Gateshead/Bards. Felt really good, I enjoy this taper much. Bodes well for the duece on tues.
