Long, wet one to give me 51 miles for the week (only 2nd time over 40 miles this year). Middle 10 or so (the flat part) with Cormac. I had over 2000 ft elevation/gain loss with most of the gain over the last 6 miles where I really slowed down (9:00 miles coming back over Terwilliger). But a good training run for Boston since these hills at the end are a lot longer than the Newton ones with more gain.
