Notes
A bit wet -- well maybe more than a bit. Just me and the ducks and geese were out there today. I figure my shoes will dry by next week. I now have run a grand total of 56 miles in the 17 days since Boston (9 days of running, 8 days off), with a long run of 10 miles. Could get ugly on Sunday (and I'm not talking about the Tacoma skyline :-).
