Notes

Didn't feel great today. The plan was for some track work but my back felt pretty stiff and the rest of my body wasn't doing too well either. So just ran to the track, did a few easy laps, and jogged back home. Got a long one (Cormac and I running around Lake Oswego -- a little under 19 miles with a few hills) planned for Saturday so, hopefully, I'll be ready for it.
