Notes

I ran a mile warm-up, then an 800 in 3:30, then 800 recovery run, then 2 x 400 meters in 88 and 91, with equal recovery after each. Then 2 x 200 with equal recovery after each. Then I ran 1.5 miles cool down for a total of 5 miles for the workout.
