Notes

I had a pretty good workout. I started with an easy mile and then clicked off 7 x 3 minute hard surges, with a 3 minute easy run segment between each one. Then I did a mile cool-down afterward. My pace on the miles were all between 7:30 and 8:00, with exception of the wu and cd.
