I ran with Sara. Actually, behind her. She ran a bit faster than I could manage this morning. I felt pretty good until the final mile, and then my abductor started becoming sore, so I backed off and jogged it in. Bumped into Tanner on the Trail. Based on the time he was out, I'd say it was a long run.
