I ran 8 miles in the AM. Sara said I couldn't run that far because it would take to long. Basically, she said I was too slow. I picked up the pace on this one to average 9:19 per mile after a 10:35 opener. Last mile in 8:44. It wasn't that the pace was fast, but with how much I was wearing due to the cold it was hard to run.
