Notes
I ran the Flag Hill long route. The first mile was at 9:25, but then I started clicking off 8's with a series of 8:13, 8:20, 8:38, 8:27, 8:38, 8:30, 8:12, 8:28, 8:16, 8:04, 8:10 and the last half mile in 4:09. It felt pretty easy for the most part. After some of the faster runs, the faster pace is starting to seem easier. That and the fact that I haven't doubled much this week.
