Notes

I did 8 x 800 meters. They seemed pretty hard. I'm not sure why. Maybe yesterday's 13 miler. My pace was as fast as 3:06 and as slow as 3:20. I did keep the recovery pace under 8 minute pace, however. All the segments felt fast, and were about as fast as I could get them, so I'm not going to worry about the pace. Long, wet grass, lot's of turns. I'm sure they all had an effect on how it went. I do think that this type of workout will help me to be faster on a grass cross country course in the future.
