A very slow 8 miler this morning in Spokane. I ran along the centennial trail from my Hotel. I ended up turning around near the middle of Doomsday hill. The bottom of my feet were sore from the unevenness of yesterday's grass race course. I'll need to take care of that so that it doesn't turn into a problem for the future.
